Returns, Refunds, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Any cancellations, returns, or exchanges are governed by this policy ("Return Policy").

 

1. Returns


Unfortunately, currently, we do entertain any claims of returns or exchanges on products that are delivered on the ideal conditions as per the order placed. However, if a product is wrongfully delivered (a different item delivered from the order placed) or has a genuine manufacturing/quality defect, then we are open to extending a full refund or re-fulfilling your order. To return or exchange a product or report damage in transit, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery at {EMAIL} or {PHONE_NUMBER} with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, packaging image, and package opening video of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.


Check the products carefully once you receive them and mention any tampering of the package, missing item, or damage/ breakage on the delivery receipt presented by the courier partner.

We will look into the issue and revert back as soon as possible. 


In exceptional cases, if the product is received in damaged condition by the buyer, inform us within 24 hours with the product image. We will try our best to replace the item, shipping charges for returns may be borne by the customer depending upon the nature of the issue and resolution. If a replacement is not possible, then we will refund it. Any returns for any reason will be accepted at our sole discretion.


  • You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.


2. Cancellations


An order once placed cannot be canceled. However, for cancellations, before dispatch of orders, you may contact us on the store contact details or {EMAIL} for cancellation requests. Cancellation in such cases will be done at our sole discretion.

 

 

3. Refunds


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

If approved, then the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

In case of International Orders, if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the Shipping agency (like Bluedart, Delhivery, FedEx, etc.), then SKC EXIM will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.

Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in-store.
